This is a great idea for a unique gift. This is a great addition to any collection. A terrific wooden picture frame with Chow images decoupaged onto it. Decoupage is, of coarse, the art of decorating an object by gluing paper cutouts onto it. What seems to have been done was to take old post cards, stamps from various countries and any other paper image of the breed and glue them onto the frame.   They used a good wooden frame that measures 8 5/8" x 10 3/4 ". The picture area measures 3 5/8" x 5 3/4 ".The frame has both a hook and an easel so it can be hung or placed on a shelf. It is a solid 3/4 " thick frame. Bear in mind that the corners of a decoupage item can and do crinkle when glued. NO RESERVE
