This item is a WWII tv camera that was put in an airplane to scout bombing sites. You find the camera by itself periodically. You appear to have the companion transmitter that was used to send the pictures to another airplane that was flying near by. These don't turn up very often. There are several more pieces needed to make this a complete set. These were given top secret treatment during the war.
