Vietnam USAF Air Force First Refuelers Global (43d Air REfueling Sqdn) Theater Made Patch & Sr Pilot Wing.  St Bernard First Refuelers Global patch shows heavy fading.  Looks to be theater made.  Has 2 snap buttons still attached as shown.  Sr Pilot wings and Captain ranks also included.  All taken off of a destroyed Vietnam era bomber jacket.
