THE FINE PRINT:
All Hagen Renaker pieces are pre-owned.  No chips and breaks unless specified above.  I do not typically include the degree of crazing on a piece or list rough edges due to poorly applied glaze or the wearing down of glaze over time.  Please look at the pictures and read the descriptions and feel free to ask any questions.
Shipping will be combined when purchasing more than one item.  Ebay apparently won't allow buyers to request an invoice when a promotion is offered (in this case, the 4th piece is free), so I've set a fixed shipping & handling price for each item independent of where the buyer lives.  Additional items paid for at the same time will have a $.95 fee.  You must pay for all 4 pieces in the SAME TRANSACTION in order for the 4th piece to be free. If the discount doesn’t appear when you are trying to pay, please contact me before paying!!
I wrap each piece individually, and sometimes pack multiple boxes within the shipping box if a piece is particularly fragile. Obviously there is always the risk of damage during packing or shipping.  Please contact me with any problems.  I want you to be happy with your purchase!
Returns only on items that have been grossly misrepresented (for example, I missed an obvious repair or chip).  I am very careful when I inspect each figurine, but I do not own jeweler/dentist/surgical loupes to magnify my view.  If you are truly unhappy due to a minor imperfection, I will accept returns.  Buyer pays for the return shipping in this case and must provide tracking.
I list an
extended handling time
due to my work hours. I usually get to the post office on Thursdays or Fridays and occasionally Tuesday morning. So if something is paid for on a Friday night there is a chance that it won’t be shipped out until the following Thursday. Keep in mind that USPS shipping is slow right now due to the pandemic and the weather. My default shipping is First Class Mail but you do have the option of selecting Priority Mail at checkout.
