ERNEMANN HAND CRANK WOODEN 35mm MOVIE CAMERA

Offered for your consideration is an Ernemann hand crank wooden 35mm movie camera. The lens is quite dirty inside. It is marked Goerz Celor. Both front and rear lens elements are numbered 221033. Inside the camera there are two wooden film magazines. The serial number on the metal plate inside the front door is 232694.  This beauty is 11 1/2" long by 5 1/2" wide and 12" tall. The two main side pieces have some minor warping, bowing out or swelling near the front. As a result the front door will not stay closed all the way. It closes but not tightly enough for the the two clips to engage and hold it tightly closed.There are 3 threaded posts on the one side to crank the mechanism. They turn the mechanism at different speeds. The crank works on all three. I am trying to list any potential negative aspects. This is a beautiful camera that has been on display in my living room for years. Offered as a display piece as is, as described, no return. Please look at the photos carefully.
