BOB BECK CES DEVICE BT-11 MAX BIO TUNER w TIMER/ADJ CARRIER/USB CHARGEABLE

Description

This is a Bob Beck  device similar to the BT5 or BT7. It is housed in a similar  4"x 2" x 1"  ( 100 x 60 x 25 mm ) plastic box. The BT11 has many advanced features not found in either the BT5 or BT7:
* This device does NOT use any batteries ! Power is obtained from a 48 FARAD capacitor. The capacitor can be charged / discharged a million times from ANY standard 5 Volt USB power source. The best of rechargeable batteries are good for 1000 times. There is no need  to remove the cover lid as there are no user serviceable parts inside the box. Expected usable time of a fully charged Capacitor is approximately 1 Hour, depending on the amplitude setting and the user's skin resistance. The charging cable MUST BE removed during usage, for safety reasons, otherwise the cable may be left connected indefinitely to a power source.
* QUICK charge time. Typically less than TEN MINUTES  if charging when low power light indicates, otherwise charge time will be typically 20 minutes if capacitors are fully discharged. For example, the device left on overnight and the low power led is NOT lit.
* USB plug in the wall power supply included. NOTE: Plug is for US standard outlet only.
*  A Low Power Indicator LED is included....when this LED lights up, charge the Capacitors.
*   There is a voltage booster / regulator.  This new and improved power supply method will maintain a constant 9 volts available to the circuitry all the way down to about 2 volts remaining in the Capacitors.
*   A 12 position Modulation  Frequency selector switch encompassing DELTA / THETA / ALPHA / BETA  and GAMMA
The selections are 0.5 / 2 / 4 / 7.83 / 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100  and 111 Hertz
*  The Carrier "note" frequency is ADJUSTABLE from approximately 840 to 1000 Hz. ( see below for adjusting suggestion )
*  A built in adjustable run time timer , ranging from approximately 5 minutes to 40 minutes.
*  A Blue LED indicates that the unit is running during the selected time period.
*  The Start Button begins the Timed output.
*  An On / Off / Amplitude output control just like in the BT5 or BT7
*   Furnished with standard earclip ( same as supplied with  the BT5 or BT7 ).
The units are 100% professionally manufactured In the United States of America.  THREE YEAR WARRANTY to original buyer, less the Earclip cable, Charging cable and USB wall plug power supply.. Warranty voided if physical damage or water damaged.
Also included is a LOOSE LED that may be connected to the metal pads of the earclips to confirm function of the earclips  and  output signal from the main unit.
Here is a clever way to set the Carrier signal to a given frequency: plug  a standard audio headphone in to the ear clip jack ( most head phones have a 3.5 mm plug ) . Set the Modulation to 0.5 Hz ( this will allow you to hear the Carrier for one second and then one second of silence, then repeated ). Turn the Amplitude to a comfortable level so as to be able to hear the Carrier frequency...it will be normal to only hear from one side of the headphone. Now ,
using your computer, go to any on-line signal generator site...such as https://www.szynalski.com/tone-generator/. Set the desired frequency and adjust your computer's sound system to a comfortable level.  Adjust the Carrier setting knob on  the BT11  to cause the same frequency in your headset,  as you are hearing from your computer....like tuning a guitar or piano with a tuning fork.

on the 12 position switch is the normal design.
It is normal to experience skin irritation
from the ear clips
in the course of using these type of devices. The irritation can be diminished by using pieces of cotton cut from a "facial cleanser make up pad" and soaked in salt water , then placed between the metal electrode of the ear clip and the user's skin. We include a "facial cleanser pad" with each shipment.
